
Spencer Pariser
Spencer Pariser brings nearly 15 years of acquisitions, investment and operating experience in New York City and Denver.
Prior to ZS, Spencer founded Strat Ventures with a focus on value-add multifamily properties in Denver, CO. In under a year, Strat acquired and repositioned three properties totaling 68 units with an aggregate capitalization of $16.6 million.
Before turning his sights to Colorado’s Front Range, Spencer spent seven years at Taconic Partners, a New York City-based owner, operator, and developer. At Taconic, he specialized in sourcing, underwriting and executing acquisitions utilizing his relationships, knowledge of the marketplace and debt/equity structuring background. Before joining Taconic, Spencer was an analyst with SL Green Realty Corp.’s Acquisitions & Investments Group, where he was responsible for underwriting and executing opportunities for the New York City based REIT. Throughout his career in New York City, Spencer was directly involved in over $2 billion in transactions throughout the capital stack. Prior to SL Green, Spencer spent one year at CB Richard Ellis as a financial analyst with the Lease Consulting Group. His breadth of knowledge in all aspects of the real estate ecosystem makes him a better landlord to tenants and a superior partner and negotiator.
Spencer earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from The George Washington University with a minor in Business Administration. He is the founder of Emerging Professionals in Real Estate, a 100+ member networking group consisting of landlords and capital providers across the United States. Spencer serves the City and County of Denver as a Board member on the Tennyson Streetscape Local Maintenance District. He is also a skilled guitarist, avid skier and mediocre golfer. Spencer brings a talent for uncovering, assessing and structuring unique opportunities through his deep network and his team-centric approach.
