Wash Park Supply is a retail center located in Denver’s West Washington Park neighborhood. ZS acquired the 70,000 square foot corner lot in an off-market transaction in May 2022. Built in 1962, as a Safeway grocery store, the 20,000 square foot building is parked at over 5 space per 1,000 sf. At acquisition, the property was fully vacant but had previously been home to a gym and three restaurants amongst other uses over the years. ZS completely transformed the center and has fully leased the property to 5 tenants ranging in size from 1,400 to 7,700 square feet. Renovations to the highly trafficked center were substantially completed in Q4 2023 and all five new retailers will be open for business by summer 2024.
